Shipping Policy — Fragrance Republic Limited

Kindly note that the selection of courier and parcel service will be contingent on the delivery postcode entered during the checkout process. We use Royal Mail as our main carrier with services Tracked 24 and Tracked 48.

Order Processing

Your order will be processed the same day if placed before 12pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

To ensure timely delivery, please double-check and provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays in processing your order.

Delivery Time

You can anticipate receiving your parcel within 1-3 working days, excluding bank holidays. For customers in Northern Ireland and Highlands and Islands, delivery may take additional days depending on your postcode region. For an estimate of delivery time, please contact hello@fragrancerepublic.co.uk before placing your order.

It's important to note that the terms "Tracked 24" and "Tracked 48" do not guarantee delivery within 24 or 48 hours; these are the names assigned by Royal Mail to their services. The estimated delivery time for both services is a two working days from dispatch.

Occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur with courier services that are beyond our control. If you experience any issues, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

Order Tracking

Keep track of your order's progress by referring to the tracking link sent to you via email at the time of dispatch. Ensure to check your junk/spam folder if you can't locate the email. Contact us at hello@fragrancerepublic.co.uk if you need assistance.

Free Shipping Offer

To qualify for a free shipping offer, your order value must exceed £20 after any discount codes have been applied. Orders qualifying for free shipping are dispatched on a standard service, typically with a delivery time frame of 1 - 3 working days. Next day delivery services are not available as part of any free shipping offers. If you require your item(s) quicker, please upgrade from standard to expedited delivery for a faster service.

Are these real designer fragrances?

No. We create high-quality fragrances inspired by well-known designer scents, offering a more affordable alternative. Fragrance Republic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the brands mentioned.

Why are they so affordable? Are they the same quality as designer perfumes?

Designer brands price in heavy costs for advertising, prestige marketing and premium packaging. We focus spend where it matters: the fragrance itself. By keeping packaging and overheads lean, we can deliver a luxury-smelling scent for a fraction of the price. 

Are the fragrances long-lasting?

They’re formulated to last, in line with many designer fragrances and in some cases longer, depending on the notes and composition.

How long will a bottle last?

It depends on how often you wear it. As a guide, a 55ml bottle used daily typically lasts around 3–4 months.

Are your fragrances tested on animals?

No. None of our products are tested on animals, and all of our perfumes are vegan.

Do you include a sample with the 55ml bottle?

Yes. Every order includes a complimentary 2ml sample, so you can try the scent before opening the full bottle.

How do returns work?

We want you to feel confident ordering. Try the 2ml sample first — if it’s not for you, return your order within 60 days for a refund or exchange in line with our returns policy. You can arrange the return yourself or we can book a return for you - you simply show the QR code at your chosen drop off point and we'll simply deduct the return shipping fee from your refund.

When do I get charged?

Payment is taken at checkout, before dispatch. We’ll ship your order once it’s processed, and you’ll receive tracking details by email.

What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

Email hello@fragrancerepublic.co.uk and we’ll sort it with you as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel if I change my mind?

If you contact us ASAP via hello@fragrancerepublic.co.uk (or via the Contact page), we’ll do our best to cancel before it’s processed. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
