Terms, Returns, Shipping & Membership Policy — Fragrance Republic Limited
The Fine Print keeps things clear. No hidden catches, no legal jargon, just everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, returns and membership with Fragrance Republic.
1. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our UK facility via tracked delivery, typically using Royal Mail, DPD or Evri, depending on your location. Tracking details are provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

- Free Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 Days): Orders over £60
- Delivery Time: usually within 1 - 3 working days
Fragrance Republic currently ships within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to the European Union or worldwide destinations at this time.
2. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of purchase. To arrange a return, please send us a message with your email address or order number and we will organise a collection or advise your nearest drop off location.
To qualify for a refund:
- All 55ml bottle(s) must be unopened and unused.
- The 2ml tester does not have to be returned.
- The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required. For speedy processing, include the pick note sent with your order.
Refund amount:
If your return is approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact our support team for assistance.
3. Full Bottles
Each 55ml bottle is supplied with a matching 2ml tester of the same scent.
To remain eligible for a return or refund:
- Test the fragrance using the 2ml atomiser only.
- All 55ml bottle's must remain completely unopened and unused. We cannot refund partially used bottles.
As part of our quality control, all products are precisely weighed post-production to ensure consistency. This allows us to accurately confirm the fill level of returned items - usage is verified by weight measurement rather than visual estimation. This process helps keep returns fair and transparent for all members.
If any 55ml bottle has been sprayed or opened, the product is considered non-returnable.
5. Marketing & Offers
We respect your inbox. Fragrance Republic will never spam. We send a maximum of two promotional messages per calendar month, focused only on meaningful updates such as new fragrance releases and member-vote events or limited drops. Members may also receive essential, non-promotional communications relating to order confirmations, delivery updates, and account or security notifications.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
7. Non-Returnable Items

- Sale items, gift cards, or personalised products
