Returns & Refunds — Fragrance Republic Limited

Your satisfaction matters. That’s why we offer a 60-day returns period so you can order with confidence.

The key rule: sample first, not the full bottle

Every order includes a complimentary 2ml tester. Please use the tester to try the fragrance. To be eligible for a return or refund, the 55ml bottle must be unopened and unused (i.e. no spraying or use from the full-size bottle).

If the full-size bottle has been used, we can’t accept a return or issue a refund for hygiene and resale reasons.

Returns window

You have 60 days from the purchase date to request a return.
Returned items must be received within that 60-day window.

Return conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In original packaging

  • Unused and unopened (55ml bottle)

  • In resaleable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation / receipt)

How to start a return

Email us at support@fragrancerepublic.co.uk and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Any photos (if damaged/incorrect)

We’ll reply with return instructions.

Damages, issues, or wrong item

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty, missing, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll put it right.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or opened 55ml bottles

  • 2ml testers/atomisers (including opened testers)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (where stated as final sale)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know the outcome.
If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days (banks can take additional time to show funds).
