Shipping Policy — Fragrance Republic Limited
Kindly note that the selection of courier and parcel service will be contingent on the delivery postcode entered during the checkout process. We use Royal Mail as our main carrier with services Tracked 24 and Tracked 48.
Order Processing
Your order will be processed the same day if placed before 12pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
To ensure timely delivery, please double-check and provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays in processing your order.
Delivery Time
You can anticipate receiving your parcel within 1-3 working days, excluding bank holidays. For customers in Northern Ireland and Highlands and Islands, delivery may take additional days depending on your postcode region. For an estimate of delivery time, please contact hello@fragrancerepublic.co.uk before placing your order.
It's important to note that the terms "Tracked 24" and "Tracked 48" do not guarantee delivery within 24 or 48 hours; these are the names assigned by Royal Mail to their services. The estimated delivery time for both services is a two working days from dispatch.
Occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur with courier services that are beyond our control. If you experience any issues, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
Order Tracking

Free Shipping Offer
To qualify for a free shipping offer, your order value must exceed £60 after any discount codes have been applied. Orders qualifying for free shipping are dispatched on a standard service, typically with a delivery time frame of 1 - 3 working days. Next day delivery services are not available as part of any free shipping offers. If you require your item(s) quicker, please upgrade from standard to expedited delivery for a faster service.
