Shipping Policy
We deliver within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail tracked services. Available services and the final delivery charge are confirmed at checkout.
Delivery options

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and some other postcodes may take longer.
Dispatch
Order before 12pm, Monday to Friday, for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched the next working day. Bank holidays excluded.
Free standard delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is free on orders of £40 or more after discounts. A Tracked 24 upgrade is charged separately where offered. An offer that explicitly includes delivery has its own stated delivery terms.
Tracking your order
We email your tracking link when your order is dispatched. Check your junk folder if you cannot find it. Please check your delivery address before completing your order.
